Newsletter 2024-’25

Our school year ended on April 7th 2025. Our students have performed well in the final exams. This year we have five children appearing for the standard 10 Board exams. We had a teachers meeting to discuss plans for the coming year and also how we could increase the enrollment in the school. The enrollment this past year at our school was 96 students. Due to the lingering effects of the covid lockdown, not all the children who went to the village during that time have returned. The rising cost of living has been preventing many from returning from the villages.

Our school trustees are trying to increase enrollment by visiting slums nearby and giving talks on the importance of education. We are also involving the help of our accomplished alumni in spreading the word in their communities about the importance of education. We are having programs where we have many guests who visit the school to help with conversational English.

On August 15th, Inner wheel sponsored the independence day celebrations at our school. A member of Inner wheel presented a talk on Life skills to the students.

October, being the month giving, Jyoti structures, a company belonging to one of our patron Late Raj Thakur, donated Rs 42,600., to our school. They have pledged to do so every year

On January 6th, Republic day was celebrated with at our school and sponsored by Rehman Foundation.

On March 29th, ‘Joy Jar’ a charitable group of ladies, visited our school and sponsored a magic show performance, games and lunch with chocolates and ice cream for all students. Joy Jar’s members are excited to share their initiative with Jeevanpushp Charitable trust, hoping for a impactful collaborations in future.

We will update all our sponsors with updated news on the child they are sponsoring at the end of the academic year.

On behalf of all students, teachers and trustees we express our heartfelt gratitude for helping further our cause of education for the underprivileged. The school has been able to make a huge difference in the lives of the underprivileged and brought about a positive change in the lives of students and teachers. We hope you will renew the sponsorship for your student in the coming year.
